Alec + Kaitlin {Wedding}
In August, I had the pleasure of assisting Emily Crall of Emily Crall Photography in capturing Alec and Kaitlin's gorgeous Iowa City wedding. It was such a joy working with Emily, as well as Alec and Kaitlin!
I love the first look of Kaitlin and her father! His smile is perfect!!
After their first look, just behind Danforth Chapel, we headed closer to the Old Capitol for portraits before the wedding.
Can we take a moment to just appreciate how GORGEOUS Kaitlin's dress is? So stunning!
I love their choice of colors! One doesn't often see this shade of green at weddings, but I have to say I LOVED IT! Did you see the bridesmaid's dress holding the bouquet full of pops of pink? Um, GORGEOUS!
At golden hour, we popped out from their reception in the IMU to walk around the area for some more portraits. I love the buildings and bridge over there. Such a great variety in backgrounds in such a small area.
Their reception was filled with laughter and joy. A perfect way to spend the evening! I had such a great time capturing their wedding day with Emily! Congrats to Alec and Kaitlin!
