100919-01 Now that wedding season is drawing to a close, I'm enjoying playing catch up on sharing sessions from this past fall. I'm kicking things off with the Bottorff family!  I love working with this amazing family!  I've had the pleasure of photographing their family portraits for several years now.  They are such a sweet family and I love their style! 100919-06 100919-11 100919-18 When we were chatting about locations, they suggested this mural near the Haunted Bookshop in Iowa City.  I'm so glad they did!  I hadn't had the pleasure of photographing there before, but I love it!  Such a bold, yet simple design that created a gorgeous backdrop for the Bottorffs. The blues in their outfits were perfect with it! 100919-33 The mural was just across the street from a gorgeous, rustic brick building (I'm not quite sure what it is exactly).  This what I love about downtown Iowa City, a beautiful variety of locations within just a few steps! 100919-38 100919-41 A huge thank you to the Bottorff family for allowing me to capture their beautiful family once again!  It was a joy!!
