Thomas and Sydney were blessed with a gorgeous August day for their wedding at Terry Trueblood in Iowa City. We began our day, capturing details and one of my favorite was their amazing donut wall! It looked and smelled fantastic!!
Additionally, they had a beautiful dessert table filled with a delicious variety of pies.
Sydney wore her grandfather's naval pins and her other grandfather's bible was used during the ceremony. What beautiful ways to honor her grandfathers who had passed.
We had so much fun with Thomas and Sydney's bridal party! They were such a great group!
Thomas and Sydney's first look took place in the shade on the west side of the venue. I love the wood siding and of course the shade was much welcomed on such a bight, sunny day.
I mean, really, their faces say it all. They were so happy for their wedding day to finally have arrived and so ready to be Mr. & Mrs.!
The side of the building made for a perfect location for formal portraits. Thankfully, the shade stayed the whole time!
I absolutely love that her Maids of Honor have floral dresses! Not only does it set them apart, it also ties in her pink and mint colors beautifully!!
