On a beautifully sunny October afternoon, I met with Rayce and Amy at Palisades-Kepler State Park to begin their engagement session. We began the session at the beach where a large tree had fallen during the flooding. It was a beautiful setting for this beautiful couple!
The afternoon light coming through the trees was magical. I love the images of Amy and Rayce snuggling together surrounded by the beautiful leaves. The smiles on their faces are radiant!
After Palisades, we headed over to Ellis Park, to the location where Rayce proposed. I love shooting in locations like that. Yes, it's beautiful, but more important than that, it is somewhere that speaks to the couple; somewhere that holds a special place in their hearts.
We ended the session at the Shakespeare Garden in Ellis Park. Such a nice location. I love them on the stone bridge! So fun!
Thank you so much, Amy and Rayce, for inviting me to capture your engagement portraits! I had so much fun getting to know you both and cannot wait for your wedding next November!!
