After Zack and Leah's grand exit in his restored Mustang, the family and bridal party headed out to the River Walk just behind the Grand River Center. The afternoon light and location were beautiful, perfect for portraits. The Grand River Center was the location of 5 weddings that day, two of which were having their cocktail hours out on the patio. Thankfully, with some deliberate posing and camera angles, you can't even tell they weren't the only ones there.
Leah's bouquet was wrapped with the belt her mother wore on her wedding day. Such a beautiful, personal touch!
Of course their adorable corgi, Bentley, joined in on the wedding day celebrations. Seriously, I cannot get over that bow tie! Quite possibly one of the cutest things ever!
Once the family portraits were done, we took a short walk down the River Walk to this amazing little area for some more bridal party portraits. Once we finished with the bridal party, we sent them off to enjoy cocktail hour while Michael and I spent some time with Zack and Leah for their portraits.
Gorgeous. Truly, gorgeous. Not only was the setting beautiful, the lighting soft and dreamy, but the real gorgeous part of these portraits are Zack and Leah. You can tell, as they snuggled together and their smiles, just how much they love each other and how happy they are. Seriously, gorgeous!
After portraits around the River Walk, we headed back to the River Room where their cocktail hour was being held. As guests enjoyed refreshments, we went out to the point of the stunning glass windows for a few more portraits. Love, love, love how they turned out!
The reception was filled with laughter and love. Before the dancing began, we headed back to the River Walk for a few sunset portraits.
Congratulations again to Zack and Leah! Thank you so much for allowing Michael and me to be a part of your gorgeous wedding day! It was a joy working with you.
Another big thank you to Michael Weber for assisting me in capturing this beautiful wedding!
