Alter flowers can become head table or reserved table centerpieces.
Your toss bouquet can sit by your guestbook at the ceremony and reception until you use it.
Aisle sashes can be used on head table chairs at reception.
If taken care of properly, you can reuse decor from rehearsal dinner flowers on: cocktail tables, buffet tables, gift or guest book tables at ceremony and reception. You could even use them for the gift opening the next day.
Arrange to donate flowers to local nursing home (if the vases are not rented) the following day.
